Day 1: Desert Adventure and Night Under the Stars

Your experience begins with pickup from your hotel in Douz, where you'll board a Land Cruiser to venture into the vast Sahara Desert. Your guide will share fascinating stories about the past and present of this arid expanse, while introducing you to local customs and traditions. Embark on a wild safari in the Douz desert reserve, where you'll have the opportunity to spot Arabian gazelles, fennecs, and oryx.

Arrive at a carefully crafted private Bedouin camp, known as a royal retreat. After a stroll through the camp illuminated by flickering lights, settle in for an enriching cultural evening. Enjoy Arabic mint tea while watching a Bedouin chef prepare a traditional dinner, including a demonstration of bread preparation. You'll also witness a demonstration involving the falcon, Tunisia's national bird.

Next, savor a four-course dinner under the stars, indulging in Bedouin specialties. The evening continues around a campfire, perfect for stargazing. When ready, retire to an Arabic tent equipped with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and blankets for a restful night in the heart of the desert.

Day 2: Return to Douz

Wake up at sunrise to the enchanting aroma of Arabic coffee. Witness the preparation of your breakfast, including traditional bread. After your morning meal, meet your driver for the journey back to Douz. This two-day experience in the Tunisian desert will leave you with unforgettable memories of stunning natural landscapes, authentic cuisine, and a deep insight into Bedouin culture.
